YOU WILL LOVE YOU WHEN?

              YOU WILL LOVE YOU WHEN?
© Chessie Roberts 2012 all rights reserved

My husband and I were reminiscing about life in general a few weeks ago. We started with childhood and remembered all the way up to our current relationship. As we talked, I was taken with the patterns that evolved throughout our lives that were so very similar. We both grew up in military families and there was some favoritism for our siblings from the parents. We both had the “changing schools and being left behind” issues that most, if not all military children are familiar with. The ways we overcame some of our 'stuff' was the same or close to it. We have both had the same faith revelations over the years and we have decided that we have done fairly well in our evolution.

The thing that I found fascinating was the fact that we have seen each other in our worse situations and still love each other despite that. I commented to him about this aspect of life and he replied, “When we are at our worse is when we need each other the most.” I have to say that this relationship is one I never saw coming and had only read about. I won't say we read each other's minds, but rarely do we need interpretation. Our comfort level is astounding. Neither of us has anything to prove and we answer each other with complete honesty. I have heard that complete honesty is not doable, but I so do not agree anymore.

Cross words are rarely, if ever spoken and comfortable silence is just that, comfortable. We don't have the need to talk unless there is something of merit to say. We laugh a lot and often and unconditional love, understanding, tolerance, open communication and music are the ties that bind.

Waiting for someone to come along while being comfortable in your own skin is not the easiest of endeavors but well worth the effort. On the other hand, finding someone that you feel you can change to meet your needs is completely counterproductive and not worthy of you. The only person you can change is you. Attempting to change another is much like trying to push a rope, don't waste your time and energy.

All happiness comes from within YOU, all change comes from within YOU, all love comes from within YOU, all peace comes from within YOU. So when will you choose to love...YOU?

CLARITY; WE ALL NEED IT IN OUR LIFE

                              CLARITY,
WE ALL NEED IT IN OUR LIFE

As an energy worker/healer and musician I work a lot with sound, tones, frequencies and rhythms. I am also interested in color. Colors have frequencies also and, to my delight, I have found that their frequencies vibrate with some of the sound frequencies that I have been working with lately.

As I have worked with these energies and frequencies, I have found the the clearer the vibration, the clearer and purer the information I get. During meditation a few days ago it came to me that this is true with all that we do, think and say. As we gain clarity in our actions, thoughts and speech; our actions, decisions and perceptions become clearer and purer as well. We lose the feeling that we need others to agree with our ideas in order to make the right decisions. We begin to rely on our own intuition and guidance as to what feels correct to us. The need to “stretch the truth” or to obfuscate the facts of a situation disappears. Truth and clarity become second nature and feels more entrained with our core values. When/if we try to go back to our old way, we find it uncomfortable and distressing.

Clarity and purity of thought, word and deed is the harbinger of peace, bliss and no judgment. Try it, I think you will like it. “May the entire Universe be filled with Peace and Joy, Love and Light. May the light of Truth overcome all darkness! Victory to that Light! Jai!”{Swami Satchidananda} Namaste, Chessie

PERSPECTIVE IS EVERYTHING

There is an old joke about how we see the glass half full or..: An optimist says the glass is half full... a pessimist says the glass is half empty...manager asks whether you are pouring or drinking...an engineer says the container is twice the size it needs to be...A realist says it doesn’t matter. It's just gonna have to be washed later anyways...The FDA says the glass has a design flaw and needs to be sent back to China to be re-engineered...a Republican says "Who's been drinking out of my glass?"...a Zen Master quietly picks up the glass and drinks...an opportunist drinks the contents while the other two argue...an Accountant wants to know why you're wasting money on a glass that's obviously too large...A physicist says the glass is neither. It is completely full, half with water, the other half with air...An analyst says it is neither, it simply contains 50% of its potential capacity....An alcoholic says “Make it a double”...an optometrist says you need new glasses...we hear "It doesn't matter." from The Nihilist..."Forget about it, just smash it." from The Anarchist..."There's no need to argue." from The Pacifist..."It is what it is" from The Fatalist.

Get it? Everyone has their own perspective, on everything! Another way to look at it is to take a glass and look thorough it at your vehicle, you have now filled the glass with something a whole lot bigger than you think it would hold. In reality (if I may use that concept here) all you have done is change your perspective.

You can do this perspective changing thing with your thoughts too. Dr Dyer says “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” There is so much truth in that statement for when you begin to look with new eyes and with love you start to see things that way. Wonder of wonders, as you continue to look for peace and joy and allow them to permeate your mind, they permeate your heart.

Now here is the cool part; from your heart, your new mind-stream will flow out to all around you, capture them and spread into their sphere of influence and flow out and continue on and on. How do you think the world would be if everyone did this? I can see lots of lovely things happening in lots of unexpected places. People really helping others with no ulterior motives, only love. Hunger, war, hate, famine, intolerance, neglect, abuse, and other things will fade away. A bit optimistic you say? Well, yes, thank you for making my point.

ON DEATH AND DYING

ON DEATH AND DYING

It seems that a lot of us are experiencing the loss of family, friends and loved ones lately so it feels appropriate to discuss it here today.

I ask you to look at the Universal truth that “All is One”. What this means is that EVERYTHING is made from the creative energy of Source, God, Unity Consciousness; whatever your paradigm chooses to call it. We, they, it are made from the same 'stuff'. We feel it, we eat it, we breath it, we move through it, we absorb it all our lives. We are biology animated by a SOUL, a part of the Divine, a piece of God Energy so that when we pass form this incarnation, we leave the biology behind (we no longer need it) and the living part of us goes back into the Divine Stuff from which all things are created and we become Divine Stuff again. In this way we become more a part of life and its cycles.

While in the process of passing on to our next plane of existence the Soul is learning what it needs to know, learning the last lessons of this life and coming to peace with whatever that person needs to become at peace with. At this point in the journey prayers for the healing of the biology are not always in the best interest of the soul. Prayers for the “best interest of the soul” are more to the point and less manipulative (more about what we want than about what our loved one requires) and disrupting to the person who is on this journey. We are told that there are two journeys that must be taken alone (from the perspective of the living) birth and death. The truth of the matter is that we are well escorted in both directions by our guidance and the love of the Divine. So by allowing a gentle fearless passing we are giving one of our greatest gifts and by accepting that God knows what It is doing we receive one of our greatest gifts.

One of tenants of the Evolution of Self ; Journey into Body, Mind, Spirit Balance program as well as other philosophies tell us "As we are essentially all one, we really never leave. As we pass from our old incarnation toward our new one we are more a part of our loved ones than ever before. As those who loved us remember us, we are forever in their hearts. Then, when it is our turn to walk the same path, we have it paved by those who went before as we pave it for those who come after us. Grief on this plane is in our biology and must be felt and dealt with. Knowing in your heart that no one is ever truly ever lost to us can help our biological self get through the grief better.”{Chessie Roberts}
A wise woman once said to me, “ As your journey through life changes just remember the only thing constant in life is change. Learn from those changes and embrace the life you have been given. Celebrate everyday you have with a smile on your face and a smile in your heart. A Universal Prayer (from the Yoga tradition) to remember throughout the day, "May the Universe be filled with joy, love and light.” Remember the universe starts with you and the finding your own peace, joy, love and light! Namaste”
"The Wise Souls of Tich Nat Han, Ekhardt Tolle, and the Dhali Lama, said; “You can be no closer to God than when you are helping someone transition from this life to the next, it is true grace. Be present to the miracle my friend.
Bright Blessings, Gentle Passings and Strength to let go and remember in love. Chessie

OK, SO WHAT IS A MIND-SET ANYWAY?

OK, SO WHAT IS A MIND-SET ANYWAY?

The ancestor of every action is a thought.” Ralph Waldo Emerson

Your mind set is your mental map to your life. Your mind registers absolutely everything that passes through your life and processes it according to your core beliefs. For instance, if you were trained while you were a child to truly believe that you are worthless in some way, that belief is super glued to your deepest thoughts and feelings about you. This holds true for EVERYTHING in your life path.

What you habitually think whether you are aware of it or not, you manifest. If there is something in your life that just will not go away and you feel that it should, you must dig down to find the thought, the mindset that is mapping that part of your life. These things that you don't want will show up everywhere, in your ability to succeed in all aspects of your life, in your biology, in your attitude(s) about certain beliefs that vary from your own. Quite frankly, there is a spiritual maturity issue here, a level where you recognize that examination, opening and growth is required for you to proceed.

Your root chakra holds your past life experiences and fears concerning your survival, work, family, health, trust and things of this nature; you may have to start work here. Truthfully and with LOVE for yourself, examine these deep-seated beliefs to find your overriding belief so that you can change it. Change is scary but the enlightenment and the growth you will receive are well worth the effort. As you work through the changing of your mindset you bump into the Chakra 2 issue of change itself; your feelings about what others think (and why you care) and your ideas concerning attention and power-seeking. (Don't get your knickers in a twist here, we all go through these things as we must to evolve, I am just letting you know that they will come up...eventually)

Once you have gotten this far chakra 3 comes into the transformation. This is where your personal power, self-confidence, self-esteem and your ability to stand by your own convictions comes into play. So you have identified the fact that your mind set map is “off” and not fitting the lay of the land as you used to think it should lie, you have decided to dig down to find out why you are thinking in an unhealthy way and, once found, you have decided to implement change to remap your thoughts, so here is where you make your stand. Is your new thought map worthy of you? Does it reflect your best interests? Does it raise your vibrations? Does it make you feel good? Great, now, can you stand by your new conviction?

Congratulations! You have grown into the balance of love in your heart chakra area. You have come to the place where, with a new and empowering mind set, you are able to move up to a higher level of life and love with yourself and those around you. You will spontaneously move into your throat chakra to communicate your new heart’s truth of your new mind set and find the courage to cross the bridge that connects your intellect with your senses. This will shoot you up into your 6th chakra where you can see the deepest beauty and truth in all things then you will evolve again into your greatest connection to Transcendent Spirit and your one-ness in the cosmos and true freedom.

All of this wondrous growth from the seemingly small decision to change your mindset! I wish you blissful growth, remapping and Bright Blessings Chessie

How to Make the Whole World Come Together

                 The Whole World Came Together

A young mother was ready for a few minutes of relaxation after a long and demanding day. However, her young daughter had other plans for her mother's time.

'Read me a story, Mom,' the little girl requested.

'Give Mommy a few minutes to relax and unwind. Then I'll be happy to read you a story,' pleaded the mother.

The little girl was insistent that Mommy read to her now. With a stroke of genius, the mother tore off the back page of the magazine she was reading. It contained a full-page picture of the world.

As she tore it into several pieces, Mom asked her daughter to put the picture together and then she would read her a story. Surely this would buy her some relaxing moments.

A short time later, the little girl announced the completion of her puzzle project. To her mother's astonishment, the world picture was completely
assembled.

When she asked her daughter how she managed to do it so quickly, the little girl explained that on the reverse side of the page was the picture of a little girl.

'You see, Mommy!' she said, 'When I got the little girl together, the whole world came together!'(Author Unknown)

I challenge you to put yourself together; to find your balance and wholeness. As you do this you make an example of yourself to those around you and soon the ripple effect will circle the planet. Not possible you say? Why not I ask, how do you think change occurs in the first place, after all you are the change you want to see in the world, right? Remember that the only limits you have are the ones YOU place upon yourself. Growth and Bright Blessings to you all! C. S. Roberts

WHERE SHOULD WE LOOK FOR MANIFESTATION?

WHERE SHOULD WE LOOK FOR                                              MANIFESTATION?

In my last blog I talked about our duality, and I would like to continue in that vein this week. Because we see ourselves as unconnected to the Divine, Universal Consciousness, Creative Energy, whatever you wish to call it; we feel we have to look outside ourselves for assistance in this area. We look to literature and teachers, guides and gurus for help and we forget that we are the experts of us. Just because we are learning, growing and changing constantly does not mean that anyone knows us better than we do.

We are our greatest source of wisdom and source of guidance. We are, because you are the expert of you. You created the ‘you’ that you are now and the ‘you’ that you are creating as well as the ‘you’ that you will become in the future. You know what needs to be let go, what needs to be strengthened, what needs to be relearned, turned around and changed. You know what you need to manifest, how big/small, how far reaching, whether it will honor your deepest and greatest truths, your core values. No one outside yourself can know these things or guide you to them; you are the only one who can do that. You are your designer and creator, director and guide.

You can read and listen to those around you for inspiration but all the while you must pay attention to what resonates within you. Should you follow another person’s path? You may try if you like but do it with awareness. Be aware that as they pass along their path, the person you are following changes it so that you are not following the exact path they followed. And, as you pass along your path, you will change it in your way as you grow into you next step of personal evolution.

You will manifest what you create inside your innermost being. If/when you reconnect to your innermost self, your inner most truth and love, you become free of the doctrines, designs and dogmas of others. You are free at your highest level to honor your truest being to embrace your inner light and let it shine out in a way that only you can. Then, you will manifest, from within the wonderful being that is you, just exactly what you truly desire.

Bright Blessings, Chessie

What Are You Thinking?(About)

                   What Are You Thinking?(About)

Grant Morris said, “Your head's like mine, like all our heads; big enough to contain every god and devil there ever was. Big enough to hold the weight of oceans and the turning stars. Whole universes fit in there! But what do we choose to keep in this miraculous cabinet? Little broken things: sad trinkets that we play with over and over. The world turns our key, and we play the same little tune again and again and we think that tune's all we are.”

Unfortunately, he is correct. Humans have a tendency to keep and hold all the hurtful and broken bits of life. We hang on to them like they are our defining images. Because we identify so strongly with and invest so much emotion and energy into these nasty little tidbits that we eventually manifest that broken energy as the person we project to the world. We actually believe that it is these “sad little trinkets” that define us and so that is what we become; “…little broken things…playing the same little tune again and again and we think that tune's all we are.” Personally, I don’t feel that I want to be sad, broken, small, or having the “world turning my key” so that I dance to the tunes of others. I want to be my own master and play my own music and be all that I can be but, I am asked often, is this change possible?

Consider that Morris also said “Your head's like mine, like all our heads; big enough to contain every god and devil there ever was. Big enough to hold the weight of oceans and the turning stars. Whole universes fit in there!” so I challenge you to see this side of being human; this part of us that will allow us to do away with the false beliefs and notions and allow the seeing of the magnificent, positive thoughts and universes that we can embrace and create.

Everything in life should please and astonish you with its awesomeness and that is what you should embrace. Embrace it, hold it close, share it with everyone and let it shine out from your innermost being. Understand that you can change what you think about as well as how you think about things. By doing this one thing you can and will turn your whole world around and make it the beautiful, exciting and loving place you live in. Consider this as you form your opinions and beliefs from now on.

Bright Blessings, Chessie

Don’t Let Life Discourage You

                     Don’t Let Life Discourage You

“Don’t let life discourage you; everyone who got where he has had to begin where he was.” (Richard L. Evans)

Chances are one day you decided to change some things in your life. You were where you were and somehow it just didn’t quite feel right, it didn’t fit. It may have been any one of a number of things, a notion that feels wrong now, an old piece of knowledge that you have just found out was incorrect information or, possibly you have found that a way of thinking about some issue or group now seems unworthy of you. Whatever made you wake up and realize that self-improvement was in order is to be applauded.

Changing anything requires you to start somewhere and I suggest that where ever you find yourself is the perfect place for you to begin. The simple fact that you have come to this conclusion is an awesome step for you, for everyone trying to make their lives better.

Start with baby steps, they get better results and as you see progress you will be encouraged to keep going. Self-improvement is always time invested in your most valuable asset, you. Like the instructions when you are on a plane to put the oxygen mask on yourself before helping the person next to you; if you are not in a healthy, whole, balanced place you can’t help anyone else.

Even if you can respect someone for being a mess because you’re a mess too, you don’t have to stay that way. Learn to respect yourself for the right reasons and watch your mess straighten out.

Some of your baby steps might be to think of all the things you feel are important to you; then ask yourself if they are worthy of you? Do they raise your vibrations? Do they move you to grow? Would they be precious to you if they were suddenly gone? If so then enjoy, if not then lose them because when you change how and what you think about, how and what you think about changes.

To get to the good things in life not only do you need to make changes in the way you think and perceive things, you have to let your walls down and take the chance that you might get hurt; this is better than feeling nothing and, as you grow toward your goals of wholeness and betterment, the absence of walls will allow your feelings to become those of joy that all of us want to achieve.

Remember that life, especially a conscious and aware one doesn’t just happen; it requires your participation so participate with joy, empathy and balance of body, mind and spirit. Know too as you work that you are the bridge between where you are now and where you want to be and that the only person who can get you there is you.

I wish you an awesome journey and Bright Blessings. Chessie

ADVERSITY

                                  ADVERSITY

Adversity, what is it to you? Some feel that is just bad luck, some think it is just something that needs to be lived with and so it is their way of life. To some, it’s what they feel they deserve and for others it is something unpleasant that happens to people that they neither know nor care about so is not their concern.

It is, for some, something to run from; it has been defined as problems, pain, suffering, and wounds. There are those who see it as a reason to be the victim and garner sympathy or a good reason to be miserable; some people just like to wallow in it.

Oliver Wendell Holmes said, “Trouble (adversity) creates a capacity to handle it.” This is true because adversity is actually your life lesson, your curriculum for learning to create the whole, balanced, productive, prosperous and abundant life that you deserve.

If you feel you have it bad and wait around for worse to happen, and it will if you are waiting for it, you will find that “bad” looked pretty good. This is the thought process of a good 95% of the population. By investing the time to read and think about changing your thoughts to a more positive vein, you will have moved into the 5% that have chosen to change their thought process for the better. It has been proven that when you change what you think about, what you think about changes and that process also changes the way you act. For instance, M. Kathleen Casey said that “Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.” It is all in how you think about it.

So I challenge you to turn your thoughts and feelings around so that you do indeed change the way you think, so that what you think about changes. When you accomplish this, you will find that your life will start to become exactly what you truly want and you will begin to receive the best of everything that you deserve.

Bright Blessings, Chessie

                                            My Path

                                   by Josey Drither West
© Josey Drither West 8/7/2010 all rights reserved

                                   Used by permission

Think not,
To follow my path,
In my footsteps,
you may walk,
but know now,
that the path ahead of me,
is not the path I leave behind.

My foot prints,
leave their marks,
My energy continues to ripple,
upon the surroundings,
Our presence,
changes all it touches

the path we walk,
changes as it changes us,
no matter how close you follow,
the place you step,
is not where I stood.

you watch me walk on,
and in watching me,
you change your own path,
and you change mine.

I found this to be a very deep and truthful statement that is not something we regularly consider; the fact is that by walking a path, as it changes us, we change it. Sometimes for the better, sometimes not but change is inevitable. Still, following someone walking a path that you feel is worthy of you is a good thing; just realize that as you walk it, you make it your own. So, as you grow, evolve and rise, realize that you affect that which affects you.

Thank You Mr. West and Bright Blessings to all.

CHAKRA TWO

                               CHAKRA TWO

The second chakra area is called ‘The Belly’ or ‘The Spleen’ Chakra and is located between your navel and internal reproductive organs. It corresponds to your sacral vertebrae, and the nerve ganglion called the solar plexus. Your sciatic nerve is attached here at your body’s center of motion; it is also referred to as the ‘sea of life’.

The elemental correspondence for this area is water because all your body’s liquid functions are in its prevue; circulation, urinary elimination, sexuality and reproduction. It is also your seat of emotion. These emotions can create pleasure, movement and nurture. All of which are natural and desirable.

Dr. Masaru Emoto in this book “Hidden Messages in Water” tells us that an adult is 70% water and children are a bit higher %, which makes us tidal beings. Because of this, the second chakra area is related to the moon and is affected by it just like the tides are. This tidal cycle causes oceans of energy, both inside and out, and gives chakra two subtle qualities of its’ own. This is why a person with a true passion for a goal seems to reach it in, what looks to others, like an effortless manner.

The ebb and flow of desire creates a duality that is important in stirring movement and change. This is the reason you long to learn how to reach out to others to absorb and share knowledge.

This chakra is visualized in a vibrant orange. The Sanskrit name for this chakra comes from the root ‘to sweeten’ and refers to the pleasure derived from our sexuality. Here is where you learn to accept the fact that you are endowed with a sexual nature by the Creator and it is OK to like it.

The job of the second chakra is to move you from the survival mode of number one to the acknowledgment of a second caregiver; i.e. another person in your life, to help you become independent, to stand alone, to develop your personal strength and be self-sufficient. Your maturation gives you a need to unite with another person in order to create a whole. Here is where the understanding of ‘self’ includes awareness of others on a new level. It also includes a longing for unity to fill the void that is brought on by this new awareness. At the same time there is a need for the separateness you worked so hard to achieve in chakra one. You need to learn balance of your time/your needs with the time you share with another person. This will be so in all facets of your life.

You will want to encounter differences that will stimulate questions that challenge your essence. These challenges = growth. Growth=desire. Desire= action. Action=vitality. Vitality= movement. Movement = new levels of power and love.
If you find that desire has become need that is born of pain, tension and/or estrangement you can be sure that you are out of balance in your second chakra. All of this comes from parts of yourself that you that you have let go of when you should have held on or ones that you are trying to repress. You begin to look outside of yourself for substances to make you feel ether something or nothing. These attempts damage you, both physically and mentally causing you to push away those who can help you or pull yourself away so that a viscous cycle is started. Every failure creates an attachment to the method you have chosen (drinking, drugs, sex, excessive time online etc.) hopping that it will work next time to make your imbalance correct itself, but instead you get locked into the feeling that you have no escape.

The water based chakras’ flexibility and fluidity of desire is good. Know that the form of the desire is not as important as the force of the desire. The force is the root of passion that equals growth toward power and understanding. Desires act like waters movement, they ebb and flow and we handle them accordingly

Blockages create pressure. Rising pressure erodes the blockage. Just as water seeks the path of least resistance, not caring what it must flow around or what shape it must take to get where it is going, desire acts in the same way. If blocked, desire will manifest another way; if it is thwarted completely, you will experience illness, addiction or dangerous behavior.

Balance here = you know pleasure is Creator Given and an essential facet of life to ensure your body’s’ health and harmony and you enjoy it without shame or guilt. You can know you are in balance when “Every perfect action is accompanied by pleasure. By that you can tell you ought to do it.” (The French writer Andre Gide.)

Here a goal=movement toward pleasure which is the root of desire. Desire= the seed of movement; they build on each other to keep us whole and balanced. For balanced, whole people, pleasure attracts and pain repels. Pleasure is the rejuvenator of the spirit, the healer of personal and cultural relationships; it tells you that ‘all is well-situation resolved’ and it give the freedom to turn your attention to other things.

RECAP CHAKRA TWO
1) Location, womb/belly
2) Connection to lunar cycle, wisdom and creativity
3) Fertility

PHYSICALITY; lower vertebrae, pelvis, bladder, hips

ISSUES; change, emotions, ability to see beauty in others, delight in your own creations, satisfaction of your own desires

BLOCKED BY; guilt

UNBLOCKED BY; accepting the reality that things happen because of you or someone else and not allowing them to cloud your mind or poison your energy and forgive.

Bright Blessings, Chessie

YOUR ROOT CHAKRA

                                CHAKRA ONE

Chakra one is located at the base of your spine and corresponds to your coccyx bone and the lowest nerve bundle in your biology.

Each chakra has an elemental correspondence and the one for this area is Earth. Earth represents your form, stability, your most condensed state of matter. This makes it ideal for the lowest (not the least important) end of the chakra spectrum.
This chakra is visualized in a deep, vibrant red. This is the color of the beginnings and life. Red is also the longest wavelength and the slowest vibration in the human spectrum of sight. The Sanskrit name for this area means ‘root’ or ‘support’ which is just what it is.

Its’ job is to be the first line of support in your energy support system. Here is where your sciatic nerve is located. It is the largest and longest peripheral nerve in your body, and it is this that keeps your connection to the sustaining Earth.
This is where your survival impulses connect; where needs such as food, shelter, clothing and physical health arise. Your survival energies (just like everything else) must be balanced and directed in a healthy way so as not to dominate your every moment.

When this base is under stimulated, you can become consumed by fears of losing food, clothing and/or shelter. This fear will cause loss of health in your physical body. You can become stuck here, creating a self-defeating spiral that is detrimental to your growth in any direction and your health on all levels. This will create a loop of unresolved conflicts in your system leading to an ever downward spiral with the feeling that you have no control. You will develop what I call the ‘Eeyore Syndrome’ causing you to lose friends, lose your support. Then lose yourself to ‘victim think’.

When this base chakra is over stimulated you become attached to things in the physical world. This is where pack rat/hoarders, shop-a-holics and the need to ‘keep up with the Joneses’ comes from. If any of this sounds or feels familiar you may want to do a little work here.

You know you’re balanced when all your needs are comfortably met; if your physicality has no issues with survival and you have no nagging feeling that ‘something is wrong with you’. It is never too late to reassess and to create changes and grow toward betterment.

Your body is the home of your spirit so it must be balanced in all areas. You must be consciously aware of what is going on inside. Remember, the physical world is not your goal, it is just a tool to help you learn what lessons you have been put here to learn. Lessons that will lead to you raising your spirituality and rejoining you body mind and spirit to achieve the balance that you are striving for.

YOU ARE DENIED NOTHING, EVER!

             YOU ARE DENIED NOTHING, EVER!

What makes you angry, sad, miserable, jealous, ashamed, guilty? How about indifferent, vengeful, disdainful, demanding, hopeless or apathetic? Know that all of these emotions come from the fear end of your emotional spectrum.

Each and every one of these emotions does several things to you,

1) they make you ill on some level of your being,

 2) they lower your spiritual vibrations so that you are farther and farther from your source which will make it harder for you to get back up there, and

3) they will bring down everyone around you until you are surrounded by those who like it down there or

4) you will have no support at all. And

5) YOU WILL GET MORE OF WHAT IS BOTHERING YOU.

The reason for this is that the Universe has no filters. It hears/feels your emotions and gives you more of whatever your emotions are putting out there. So, you ask, “How do I turn this around?”

You start by changing your emotional response to everything. Don’t panic, you can do this. Begin by looking for things, anything, that make your emotions respond from the love end of the spectrum. What makes you feel loving, merciful, at peace, satisfied, joyous, blissful, understanding or forgiving? How about illuminated, serene, or optimistic? All of these come from the love end of the spectrum and they raise your vibrations up to meet the Universe, and it responds to them too. The difference is in what you receive, MORE OF WHAT YOU DO WANT.

Which way do you want your life to go; up or down; into love or fear; into want and need or abundance and prosperity? The choice is yours to make. Remember, you are denied nothing, ever, all you need to do if ask/feel.
